Mrs. Estes’ 5th graders learned about the layers of the atmosphere. Together they drew a model of the layers and examples of what objects go in each layer!

Yates Center Elementary Students were recognized for their hard work at the awards ceremony for the third quarter. 




First and Second Graders were recognized at the awards ceremony for their hard work during the third quarter.

Congratulations to YCHS FFA! They competed in the Milk Quality and Products contest in Independence.  A Team earned 3rd place, receiving a plaque.  Wylee Shaffer,  a member of the A team placed 6th, individually, receiving a medal.  The B Team placed 4th.
