Clarification:
There will be no school for students in Preschool through 8th grade for the remainder of the week. School will resume on TUESDAY, October 12th.
All K-5 Rec Soccer games for tomorrow have been pushed back to next week. The season will run a week longer. NO games tomorrow!
The state has declared the Yates Center Elementary Middle School an outbreak. Due to this declaration, the Yates Center Elementary Middle School will be closed for the remainder of the week. School for this building will resume on Tuesday, October 12th. This building closure only affects the elementary middle school at this time.

Thank you Woodson county for making Homecoming a special night for all of our kids. YCHS wants to give a big shout out to the Chamber of Commerce for paying the admission of 250 fans. Was sure great to see everyone out at the game tonight!

Top performers yesterday at the Council Grove JV Cross-Country meet were AJ Belcher-10th, Jarrett Birk-14th, and Courtney Spoon 17th. Next event for the cross-country team is Thursday at Pleasanton.
