Saturday (March 29), we spent the day at Independence High School playing solos and duets at the KSHSAA Regional Festival (Contest).
Our Yates Center students represented YCHS extremely well... I am proud of each of them!
Our results were:
Cecille Ngunjiri - Trumpet solo - I
Isaac Stoll - Bass Clarinet solo- I
Isaac Stoll and Corbin Schultz- Bass Clarinet and Contrabass Clarinet Duet- I
These 3 are headed to State April 26.
