Culinary Arts 1 students practiced their 1st semester skills of dice, chop, mince, shred, measure dry and measure liquid, sauté, simmer, create a roux and create a béchamel sauce. All the parts together made Chicken Gnocchi Soup.

High School basketball starts on Friday, December 3 at Madison High School! Order of play for the evening: 5:00 PM - JV Boys followed by Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys. Following the JV Boys game there will be a 1/2 of a "C - Team" Boys game in the auxiliary gym.
