A flyer and consent form can be found on the district website by going to the menu and then going to the BOE Information section where you will find a link to both the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas flyer and consent form on the COVID Vaccine Information link.  Just fill out the consent form, sign, and bring the consent form with you or send the consent form with your student before vaccination.

For students and staff of the Woodson School District, those that can provide proof of vaccination will not be quarantined due to COVID exposer, unless they display COVID systems.

Let’s all do our part to make Woodson County as safe as we can during this pandemic by taking care of ourselves, not to just protect ourselves, but those around us!
