The Woodson School District has been informed there may be some students and staff who have been exposed to COVID-19.  These students and staff have been notified to quarantine for 14 days.

In conversation with the county health department, they did not recommend to suspend the summer conditioning program.  Due to no recommendation from county health to suspend the summer conditioning program the condition program will remain open.

The decision to attend summer conditioning is a parent decision.  If you are uncomfortable having your student attend summer conditioning this is a decision that you need to make as a parent.  Whether or not your student attends summer weights is only a decision you can make.

To be clear, there have not been any students or staff that have tested positive for COVID-19.  The only issue the district is working with is the possibility of COVID-19 exposure.  If there are any changes with this situation, we will let you know.
